Dr. Lisa Abbott is a board certified Endocrinologist. She is a graduate from UC Berkeley with B.A. in Biochemistry, and attended the University of Southern California (USC) Medical School. She completed her medical residency at the Harbor /UCLA medical center in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology at USC. Dr Abbott is an assistant clinical Professor at UNR medical school. She is a board member and the treasurer for the Nevada Chapter of AACE ( American Association of Clinical Endocrinology). Dr Abbott is active, playing tennis and hiking as well as cross country and downhill skiing. She and her husband have 2 adult daughters and 3 grandchildren.

She received a BS degree in Biology at Trinity Western University and a MA in Medical Sciences from Heritage University, prior to obtaining her DO degree at Pacific Northwest Uni

She trained in Internal Medicine at Mountain View Regional
Medical Center in Las Cruces New Mexico. Dr Moats is a member of the Endocrine society and American
Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, as well as Nevada Clinical Endocrinologists’ Association.
She enjoys yoga, reading, and looks forward to discovering all that Reno has to offer.

Dani Grate is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2005 and began working in the Reno area in family practice. Dani has worked in family practice, community medicine, urgent care and Telehealth since 2005. She also enjoys volunteering for the UNR PA school. Joining Northern Nevada Endo
Dani Grate is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the University of Washington in 2005 and began working in the Reno area in family practice. Dani has worked in family practice, community medicine, urgent care and Telehealth since 2005. She also enjoys volunteering for the UNR PA school. Joining Northern Nevada Endocrinology in February 2022, she is excited to focus her care on endocrinology.
When she is not at work, she is a wife and mom of two boys whom she homeschools and
shuttles to various sporting activities. Dani and her family enjoy the great outdoors, shooting archery and spending quality time together in remote places where they can unplug and enjoy their surroundings.

Kailey Rossiter is a seasoned Director of Clinical Research. She has both an MBA and BS degree in Cellular Molecular Genetics from Northern Kentucky University. Kailey started her journey in clinical research at the VA, leading multiple phase three studies in various specialties including genetics and oncology. She boasts a remarkable academic and athletic journey. Kailey's dedication to excellence was evident during her four-year softball career at NKU, where she earned a place on the All Freshman Team as well as multiple academic awards. Kailey loves to stay active, and spends ample time in the gym, doing yoga, on the golf course, hiking and enjoying any outdoor activity possible.
